More HIPAA INFORMATION and RESOURCES

All medical staff members - including community physicians and faculty - must complete Web-based HIPAA training by April 14. The training can be completed from any computer with Internet access, by going to http://hipaainfo. stanfordmed.org. Physicians should log on using their dictation number and should choose Track 3 for their training.
