Stanford hospital departments and programs will offer quick tips, safety reminders and other information to physicians and hospital staff. Visitors will be reminded that all individuals are responsible for patient safety. The Fair is composed of eight interactive booths which will demonstrate safety concepts.

One Team, One Goal
Patient Safety Awareness is an education and awareness-building campaign for improving patient safety at Stanford Hospital. Educational activities are centered on educating patients on how to become involved in their own health care, as well as working with Stanford hospital to build partnerships with the community.
