Occupational Health Services’ satellite office moved in May to H0266, near the escalator on the ground floor at SHC. The Satellite Office hours are 6:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Occupational Health Services’ main office remains at 1101 Welch Road, Suite B-5B (open 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)

Medical Staff members may receive TB skin tests required for credentialing at either office.
