University presidents call for restructuring of UCSF Stanford Health Care
An article in the June 1999 Medical Staff Update should have specified that the phone number listed for Gerald N. Rogan, medical director from National Heritage Insurance Company-Medicare Part B, was instead his fax number. At the May meeting of the Deputy Chiefs/Medical Center Task Force, Rogan invited Stanford physicians to contact him with questions and comments, and said that he would welcome recommendations from physicians about what services they think Medicare should cover.
